Semi-colon, end parenthesis
I don’t know what to do with this
Cuz when you put them together,
I can’t tell whether
You’re joking or it’s serious

And he is so mysterious
That emoto-con-man
Weaving through the broadband
Perplexing what you’re texting
Leaving me with all these thoughts
And I don’t know how to respond
To these suggestive undertones

Cuz I can’t tell
the hints you’re selling
When you’re spelling on the phone

Cuz it could be dirty
Or it could be flirty
And it might be playful
So this is all so painful

So let’s retrace
Create some space
Ignore the chase
And erase that winky face

I’d honestly prefer honesty
And not some game or race

But seeing as
I only have 160 characters in this space

I’ll resign for the time
And respond on the line
With maybe a little remiss
Semi-colon, end parenthesis
